ABOUT ME

My name is Amanda Davis and I am running in the presidential election as the American Labor Party Candidate. I grew up in Buffalo, New York, living with my single mother and 3 siblings. Through my high school years, starting at the young age of 15, I worked at McDonald’s, and as a bagger for my local supermarket. My mother worked 3 jobs to support my siblings and I. When I reached the end of high school, I had an outstanding transcript but could not financially afford leaving my mother/siblings and going to college. I worked as a janitor for my high school two years after graduating, and eventually, utilizing student loans, I was able to attend University at Buffalo majoring in economics. I have only recently paid off all my student loans after working on the Board of Directors for the non-profit iEarn USA for a little under a decade, while doing various political internships. I want to provide the American people with the support that my family was denied throughout my childhood and beyond. Now, I am proud to be the Mayor of Buffalo, and I am taking my fight to the national stage.
